What does it cost?

You pay the owner's rental price plus a 15% service fee (minimum 49 NOK per booking). Owners pay nothing.

What if something gets damaged?

Owner and renter check the gear together at pickup and return, ideally with photos. Any damage is agreed between you. NordKiln does not provide insurance.

How do I pay?

For now you don't pay on the website. Once the owner confirms, we email you the total price and how to pay. You pay nothing before you have a confirmation.

Is there a deposit?

It depends on the listing. The owner may ask for a deposit. You'll see it in the listing or in the confirmation before you accept.
